Samsung’s new Galaxy S II smartphone ad debuts

Samsung is channeling its inner Apple with its new ad campaign for the Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone that is selling so well overseas and is coming to three of the four U.S. carriers (Verizon is getting its own variant reportedly).

The ad focuses on Samsung’s dream and design of building the fastest and best smartphone with “the best screen out there.”

Why?

Samsung says no one wants finish second, has big foam fingers with No. 2 on them and more people dress up like Batman than Robin.

We get the message. And it’s a good one.
